Project was a $250M, 30 months EPC project for 5 loading stations located in 3 different ports on the northern
Algerian coast. Project included construction of 3 pumping stations (10000m3/h), 3 onshore and 3 offshore
pipelines, 5 offshore buoys.
Project team was composed of a Houston based team of 30 people and an Algerian based team of 100 people.
Mission
• Plan, manage and coordinate the Houston
based activities of the project (engineering,
procurement, contract management, schedule,
administration)
• Serve as the primary contact with management
and coordinate communication between the
project actors
• Ensure that the project status and progress is
effectively communicated to customer.
Achievements
• Complete project with limited delay despite
multiple Change Orders,
• Assist in the negotiation of Change Orders with
Customer,
