•Control over and ensure that company security plans have been implemented and necessary measures are on place to maintain high level security of company personnel, operations and property.
•Control over and ensure that company support resources are always available and used in a proper, reasonable and planned manner.

Organize and co-ordinate activities on health, safety and environmental issues at the company,
•Ensure compliance with the requirements of labor legislation and HSE regulations applied by company
•Arrange corrective and preventive actions to prevent injuries and pollution to the environment and actions to create healthy and safe working conditions at the company
•Organize assessment of working conditions at workplaces, evaluation of hazardous occupational factors and environmental aspects
•Participate in incident investigation and works out measures for incident prevention
•Organize regular HSE Site Inspections to check technical condition of buildings, work sites, plant, vehicle and machinery, personal protective equipment, sanitary facilities and etc.
•Organize communication of information about health, safety and environmental issues to the workforce
•Ensure that workforce is consulted for any changes in company policies procedures, implementation of actions to create more safe and healthy working condition
•Implement policies, protocols, procedures and guidelines to ensure awareness of and compliance with the Company HSE requirements.
•Conduct assessments to evaluate the company performance with Company HSE directive(s), protocols, guidelines and government regulations.
•Take part in hazard identification and risk assessment process and ensures that this process covers all activities and operations on site
•Provide oversight of the HSE training and other educational programs critical to prevent incidents and comply with applicable laws, regulations and standards, as well as to optimize the administration of the HSE system.
•Maintain knowledge of and compliance with legal requirements and Company standards.
•Participate in the work of the commissions for acceptance of constructed or reconstructed buildings, facilities to the exploitation
•Ensure that list of hazardous works is maintained and all involved personnel passed through regular medical check up
•Ensure that all new hired personnel, contractor personnel and visitors are covered by HSE Induction Programme and trainings provided to increase personnel awareness on General HSE Requirements.
•Take part in preparation of site emergency response and evacuation plans and ensures that periodical emergency drills provided to increase emergency response efficiency and increase preparedness
•Take part in budget planning for health, safety, environmental and quality issues
•Ensure that periodical environmental monitoring are conducted as per planned and corrective/preventive measures are assigned to prevent environmental pollution
