Recruitment & Selection:Organizing and conducting job interviews of potential candidates across levels and functions.
Manage interviews, prepare feedbacks and update the management and candidates on the same.
Joining /Induction:Taking care of all joining Formalities.
Applying for the visa coordinating with PRO.
Completing the Medical and Emirates ID process.
Applying for the medical insurance card for the employee.
Taking care of Visa Stamping, Labour contract and other formalities etc.
Maintaining the personal files of employees. Handling all the other HR related activities.
Salary account for new joiners & necessary joining documentation is duly completed.
Dealing with New employees Visa processing, Renewals of Visa & Cancellation.
Taking care of Employees Passports and their Renewals.
Preparation of employees Annual & Emergency leave as per their request.
Maintaining MIS Report.
Updating MIS with confirmation, appreciation, salary revision & warnings etc.
Exit Formailities with Full and Final Settlements of an Employees.
Attendance Payroll (WPS) and Salary administration:Responsible for the all employees Attendance, Late coming, Comp off Reports.
Updating the employee’s database.
To coordinate with Sr.HR & HR Manager for monthly payroll system, ensuring necessary entries for new joiners, unpaid leave, Comp off leave, salary advances, dues, etc.
Set-up appointments on daily basis through calling, and meeting pre-defined set ofpaid members on regular basis -
Responsible for client retention / renewals.
Achievement of monthly conversion ratio on sales targets.
Effective coordination with the internal departments for delivery of products withinagreed time-line.
Answering of phone calls and enquires of Clients.
Perform any other duties that management by required.
Handling Front Office to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition.

⦁ Handling Recruitment Process Sourcing candidates from Database, Portal, References. Post Add throught Newspaper.
⦁ Preparation of Letters (Appointment/ Offer letter etc.).
⦁ Responsible for doing all the joining formalities (Salary Account Opening, Documentation of Employee details). Induction programmed for new joiners. Explaining the various policies and benefits to employees.
⦁ Ensuring that ID card, Laptop, Stationary, and Employee Handbook is issued to all new joiners.
⦁ Maintaining Leave & Absenteeism record on daily & yearly basis
⦁ Payroll (Verifying the attendance Record i.e. Log IN and Log OUT)
