Recruitment and selection
• Administer assigned aspects of staffing and employment including workforce planning, job analysis, labor relations, salary administration, recruitment, application screening, interviewing, selection assistance, reference checking and hiring.


Visa Processing
• Ensures that all the visa processing procedure are dealt with till its completion in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate with PRO in maintaining valid UAE visa and Saudi Visa for Top Management, suppliers and other personals as per their business travel needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable governmental regulations and labor law and monitor compliance where applicable
Orientation & Training
• Conducting HR induction and organizing functional induction for new joiners in line with their line managers.
• Coordinate with the employee’s line manager to conduct employee evaluation for the probation confirmation on the third month of the employee’s service.
• Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
Compensation and benefits
• Process employees annual leave salary advance one month prior to the employee’s actual leave.
• Process paid and unpaid leaves and ensure employee awareness on eligibility of each of them.
• Process leave passage entitlement of employees as per the eligibility.
• Arrange the yearly Leave Plan of employees in coordination with the various departments of corporate.
• Ensure preparation of EOS (End of Service) along with the Full & Final clearance within one week of the employees last working date.
Payroll (Wage & Salary Administration)
• Investigate and understand causes for employee absences.
• Coordinate with other departments for timely collection of the attendance, overtime, payable & deductible details.
• Preparing & handling monthly payroll process maintaining high standard of accuracy in record keeping.
HR Management
• Ensure accurate Job Descriptions are in place.
• Arrange and monitor the yearly appraisals in coordination with the various departments of corporate.
• Research, develop and administer Human Resource policies and procedures.
• Develop and administer the Delegation of Authority to be in line with the company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and development of HR Department budget and track actual expenses against budget.
• A yearly appraisal of the employees are managed and reported to the reviewing committee.
• Prepare employee separation notice and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
• Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Prepare correspondences as per the company rules. (i.e. increment letter, termination letter, disciplinary / warning letters and internal memo’s)
• Maintain employee data in the HRIS to ensure consistency within the company systems.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are in place.
• Provide advice and initiative towards developing human resource practices.
• Do market study in coordination with the insurance companies for the renewal of Group Medical Insurance Policy, Group Life Insurance Policy and Motor Insurance and finalizes the insurance companies in coordination with and approval of Top management.
• Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors for Due Diligence.
HR Administration
• Process employee requested letters as per company procedures and DOA.
• Responsible for maintaining all employee permits valid at all time.
• Administer employee confirmations, resignations, terminations, warnings, and transfers etc.
• Coordinate with the designated travel agency to obtain UAE visa’s for clients, suppliers and other personals as per the business requirements and coordinate for its payment in accordance.
• Manages the payment of recruitment fees for selected candidates of all business units through recruitment agencies in a timely manner.
