As Head of Total Rewards and HR Centre, my primary role involves the establishment of the Total Rewards function, and overseeing the management of payroll processing and employee lifecycle transactions for our substantial workforce comprising over 9000 employees.
• Led a team of 7 HRBPs, overseeing HR Business Partnering function across 15+ legal entities, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Designed and executed talent, performance, and engagement programs for all allocated business entities, collaborating strategically with senior leaders.
• Managed daily HR operations covering over 2500+ employees, and contributed significantly to organization-wide HR initiatives in collaboration with corporate leadership.
• Led a team of 7, overseeing three key verticals: Total Rewards, Managing People Information (MPI), and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). In the Total Rewards domain, I designed and executed strategies, updated compensation structures, and managed variable pay plans to align with corporate goals. I also provided strategic consultation to the leadership team and ensured program excellence
• In the MPI function, I efficiently managed the team responsible for employee lifecycle transactions and issue resolution covering over 4000 employees.
• In the HRIS arena, my team provided essential analytics support to senior management, oversaw system enhancements, and maintained control over the execution of the performance management cycle.
