Responsible for the assessment of potential food security risks and the development/implementation/audit of good manufacturing practices in processing, handling and storage of all food ingredients and finished goods

Conceptualized, standardized and implemented process documentation protocols by integrating the established operation improvements via lean manufacturing

Conducted quality control procedures from milk reception, processing and distribution of finished goods for the Saudi Royal Family’s private dairy farm

Performed toxicological, microbiological, physico-chemical, and organoleptic examinations on raw materials, in-process and finished goods

Officiated the sports and recreation activities of the staff

Subordinate to the Quality Assurance Senior Manager under the direct supervision of the Section Supervisor and maintained a functional relationship with the In-Process Supervisor

Appointed as Assistant Factory Coordinator for operations improvement while facilitating staff trainings on Kaizen, Small Group Activities, 5S, HACCP, GMP, Hygiene, ISO, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Concepts

Responsible for the integration of all quality control test results in coordination with the Production Manager prior to the release of finished goods to depots/distribution centers nationwide

Assisted in finished product releases, complaints and recalls with Depot Managers all over the country

Assisted in the R&D initiatives of Nestlé Applications Group for Bear Brand cultured drinks and Maggi Noodles

Performed standardized quality assurance protocols (microbiological, toxicological, physico-chemical and organoleptic tests) for raw, intermediate and finished products (Liberty Condensada, Milkmaid, Alpine, Bear Brand, Milo, Nestea Iced Tea, Nescafé Instant Coffee, Coffee-mate, 3-in-1, etc.)

Conducted technical analyses on water sources (industrial/waste water) in coordination with Laguna Lake Development Authority
