Security Coordinator
Under supervision of QA/QC Inspector Supervisor and direction of QA/QC Department Manager.

Self Auditing. and Inspecting of All types of Inspection.
• Acts as Quality Assurance Inspector performing initial, in-process, and inspections to ensure are fully mission capable.
• Process all technical inspection reports IAW Quality Control technical inspectors-work instructions.
• Log-in Inspectors log for everyday inspection sheets
• Process of inspection summary reports and Daily inspector logs
• Prepares inspections of daily inspection reports and departmentally memo for inspection.
• Prepares Weekly reports of whole camps, department manager weekly reports, Monthly report with charts, how many percentages in ea departments.
• Prepares daily reports for distribution as required.
• Pick-up customer comments from 55 customer comments boxes.
• Reviews the ULLS management reports (Commanders Financial Transactions, and production backlog reports to identify errors in procedures, parts requisitioning, and other problems that inhibit production
• Maintains established internal procedures., which comply with regulatory requirements
• Maintain files and utilizes the ARIMIS filing system
• Ensures that applicable documentation is present and properly completed for items designated for turn-in (unserviceable and/or serviceable)
• Maintains 100% current status of all equipment at all times.
• Oversees work orders and ensures parts are on hand before scheduling equipment for Coordinates necessary maintenance action and on site support with higher management maintenance
• Logistics, Laundry Services, Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Utilities, Base Support, Base Vehicle Equipment and Environmental as well as other functional and service areas listed in the Performance of Work Statement
• Reviews a variety of reports as indicated by management.

Responsibilities:
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
