Electrical Testing and Commissioning:
→ Skill to test and commissioning all types of protection system Relays, Switch yard and Switch gear Equipment such as current transformer, Capacitive voltage transformer, Circuit Breaker, Isolator, Earth Switch and Lightning arrester, Motor(VFD), Soft starter, Star starter, DOL starter.
→ Skill in all type of Scheme checking such as transformer Protection, Motor protection, Differential schemes, Stability schemes, Capacitor bank stage and interlocks and other control circuit scheme with various systems.
→ Providing technical assistant to integrate design based commissioning and construction based implementation.
→ Preparing test packs and ready for inspection (RFI) schedule for consultant approval and compliance with necessary as per the client requirement and check material availability before planning of any work
→ Preparing inspection schedule with consultant for system approval. Coordinating with client, consultant, contractor, subcontractor and supplier
→ Possess knowledge in transformer protection, transformer differential protection & REF protection, Bus Bar protection, Motor protection, HV &LV switchgear protection, and synchronizing scheme.
→ Knowledge of all Differential Protection such as Power Transformer, Generator transformer, Motor, cable, Busbar and REF protection
→ Knowledge of IEEE and Other international electrical standard code
→ Identify test equipment required to complete testing at worksite and ensure all testing equipment are in safe operating condition prior use
→ Skill to test various Numerical protection relays of ABB, Siemens, General Electric, Areva make such as Differential Protection, Earth Fault, Over current, negative phase sequence current, Thermal overload protection, Under voltage and Over voltage protection
→ Experience to do HV Test for Power cables and Bus bars rated Up to 132kV
→ DC and AC Drives (VFD- Variable frequency drive) Installations, Testing and commissioning, Testing and commissioning of Power control Centre and Motor control Centre.
→ PTW, Tag-In, Tag-Out, Padlock Systems, Hot permit and Cold permit for safety formalities for all kind of Electrical work and ensure positive isolation before start work

Operations and Maintenance:
→ Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance strategies, procedures and methods for critical/non critical equipment in consultation with process team
→ Planning and implementing safety measures for man and machine safety
→ Operations of HV and LV switchgear (Make ABB, Siemens) with Breaker and feeder rack In rack out with corrective action to prevent any failure, ensure positive isolation for maintenance of electrical equipment
→ Planning, scheduling and executing maintenance (preventive, predictive, breakdown) for all utility equipment to achieve operational efficiency& optimum resource utilization
→ Preparing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment supplier, erection agency, testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan and start-up of process systems
→ Routine check for Motor and all field utility electrical equipment, HV & LV Switchgear, Power Transformer, UPS
→ Planning for Routine Services, Cleaning, overhauling of all electrical equipment.

Testing of all electrical switchgear, relays, power and distribution transformer, commissioning of HV and LV motors with no load run and load test, operations and maintenance for oil and gas train process. remeot wells l, clusters, water supply and disposal wells, 220/33 kv and 33/11 kv substation works, etc.

Profile: construction of temporary site facility, supervision of cable pulling, cable laying, cable glanding and
Terminations, 500 KVA generators installations and commissioning, Auto synchronizing panel installations and
Commissioning for generators, solar light and street light poles irection, Supervision of marshalling and system
panel installations, cable laying, cable glanding and terminations, attained troubleshooting and maintenance for
panels and various electrical equipment. Permit Holder for PTW System in ADCO.

 HT and LT Motors maintenance and installing
 Commissioning of HT motors with apply Fully protection by Numerical relay and also Check Differential scheme for HT motors
 Repairing and maintenance of Various motor starters
 Service and Maintenance of HT and LT Circuit Breaker
 Maintenance, Testing and Commissioning of Both Distribution and Power Transformers up to 50 MVA

I had experienced in the functional areas like oil and gas, fertiliser and switch-yard as the post of testing engineer, commissioning engineer and project engineer. Now i am working in system protection as testing engineer from June 2011 to till now .
