My Role
• Project Planning for the Rosebank FPSO and reporting to JV -Planning Manager.
• Develop and update the Project Schedule for the FPSO. (worked especially for Construction schedule)
• Prepared Manpower Histogram and projections.
• Maintaining the Work pack register as per the Engineering and procurement update.
• Monthly & Biweekly progress updates, EVM reporting, and Project Document list administration with the JV team.
• Efficiently managing the Project planning team, closely monitoring and supporting the tasks of team members.
• Realign subordinates' objectives with FPSO package as necessary esp. for construction planners.
• Follow up delivery of equipment with Expeditors. Working under JV project Directors and Project Manager.

A) Current Project Description:
EPC WORKS FOR EARLY TIE-INS, SHAH GAS MAIN PLANT, SHAH SULPHUR STATION & GAS GATHERING MP8 DEVELOPMENT (The Abu Dhabi Gas Development Company Ltd (ADNOC Sour Gas, a joint venture between ADNOC and OXY, hereafter referred to as COMPANY) owns and operates the Shah Gas Processing Plant (SGP)
Project Value: 510 million USD.
My Role:
• Establish the Progress Measurement System for Engineering Deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating the PMS Progress.
• Preparing EVM report based on percentage progress and manhours estimations.
• Preparing GHRS report for engineering team.
• Preparing Look Ahead Deliverables and Delay Deliverables on weekly basis.
• Preparation of weekly narrative of the progress report.
• Maintaining Change control register & risk register.
• Coordination with Project control manager at Saipem - Fano Office (Italy) and assisting them for the submission of WPR & MPR to ADNOC.

Client: Dragon Oil Turkmenistan Ltd, Dragon Oil plc, Dubai, UAE
Project location: Caspian Sea, Turkmenistan .

B) Project Description: FEED FOR LAM OFFSHORE FACILITY COMPLEX (LOFC).
Scope of Work: Complete package for Greenfield and brown field development works.
The Front-End Engineering (FEED) for LAM Offshore Facility Complex consist of LAM fixed platform (LFP), LAM Accommodation platform (LAP), LAM Flare tower (LFT) & interconnecting bridges between the foresaid facilities and to existing LAM 28 platform.

My Role:
• Establish the Progress Measurement System for FEED Deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating the PMS Progress.
• Preparing Look Ahead Deliverables and Delay Deliverables on weekly basis.
• Exposure on Cost Control Procedures and EMC Codes.

Scope of Work: Onshore E&C activities for Greenfield and brown field development works. The Hawiyah Gas Plant (HGP) Expansion Project will provide additional gas processing facilities to process raw sweet gas, to efficiently meet the Kingdom's energy demand.
Project Value: 600 million USD.

My Role:
• Establish the Progress Measurement System for Engineering & Procurement Deliverables.
• Monitoring/Updating the PMS Progress and reporting to Management on weekly basis.
• Updating the Manpower Histogram and S-Curve by Monthly basis.
• Preparing Look Ahead Deliverables and Delay Deliverables by weekly basis in PMS.
