•Responsible for hotel ‘s networking and infrastructure, assuring smooth and 24/7 operation of the entire network components like core, distribution, edge switches, security appliances on infrastructure, wireless system including core hotel applications.
•Identifying IT Department’s vision, determining and handling strategies and spearheading IT Sections for the successful alignment of IT functions with the goals and objective of the business.

•Oversees all the support division activities, respond to escalated support issues, and interacts with the clients on the all level to resolve operational issues and provide solutions
•Prepare and manage the management information systems operating and capital budgets. Define standard procedures, guidelines and policies in compliance with the audit requirements.
•Identify, recommend, and manage deployment of "current technology with a vision of future" hardware and software upgrades and do purchases by building and maintaining the vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products. Ensures the company assets are maintained responsibly.
•Establishes documents, tests, and communicates short term and long-term disaster recovery and business continuity plans and procedures.
