• Modified the existing guidelines for the energy transfer stations to handle the low delta T syndrome and to optimise on the plant operation thereby saving on OPEX.
• Created a standard specification document for the use of deployed consultants and to carry out energy efficient district cooling plant designs so as to minimise on power consumption & thereby reduction of CO2 emissions resulting in reduction of Global Warming and the use of environment friendly refrigerants to minimise Ozone depletion.
• Created a standard schematic design for deployment of conventional temporary air cooled chillers for high delta T applications and to supply chilled water to various buildings before the main DC Plants could be commissioned.

• Carried out the design/specifications on HVAC systems for 21st century Tower (53 storeys) built on Sheikh Zayed Road.
• Carried out the project management on 21st Century Tower (AED 265 millions) including site supervision. (When built this was the tallest residential tower in the world, 269 M high.)
• Carried out project management including design changes/site supervision for state of the art building, Dubai Flower Centre for DCA (AED 250 millions) to achieve as low as 2 deg cent indoor temperature with control of humidity condition by using -3°C Glycol solution as the cooling medium.
