• Accountable for overseeing the 23 manufacturing plants in India including Bangalore plants.
• Functioning as a Corporate Lead Auditor, conducting entity audit with lead the team (Technical, Quality & EHS)
• Taken additional responsibility for two entity EHS implementation in Bangalore.
• Imparting corporate training to the senior management, middle management and all staffs.
• Responsible for the development of overall plant safety policies and programs, safety effectiveness and controls i.e. Audits or measure necessary to be certain high standards are met and maintained.

o Providing advice and assistance to the top management on EHS matters as stipulated in Factory Act, and other government regulations.
o Coordinating industrial waste disposal, supervision of landscape and cleaning contractors, periodic inspection of safety equipment.
o Conducting new employee, contractor safety training and employee exposure monitoring.
• Participate in accident investigation and reporting.
• Interfacing with local Government Authorities to approach all permits and license regarding EHS matters. Maintain a good working relationship with the Authorities' Departments.
• Providing support to ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and other Quality Management Systems implementation process
• Encouraging all staff to work under EHS rules and regulation and also promote for EHS matters.
