• Establish restaurant business plan through competitor evaluation, sales analysis and marketing to ensure objectives drive restaurant profitability.
• Preparing and communicating forecasts in line with budget requirements
• Implementing and monitoring processes and system compliance in line with international standards
• Accountable for maintaining Caprice service and food brand standards and implementing improvement initiatives to ensure the restaurant is current and in line with customer needs.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the workflow and the sequence of service as well as providing hands-on support.
• Closely monitoring the cashiering function of the outlet, customer satisfaction and responding to customer feedback.
