* Detail study of contract documents, scope of works & specifications, confirming the total material
requirement comparing Contract & IFC Dwgs.
* Familiar with all plumbing & Fire Fighting System including materials & equipments.
* Having a vast and strong knowledge in the execution of Plumbing, Fire Fighting system during all the
Stages of installation, testing and commissioning.
* Assisting drafting team for the preparation of MEP dwgs at various stages of project.
* Site inspection and supervision of execution team on regular time intervals and ensure that work is
competently carried out in strict compliance with latest approved IFC drawings/Method Statements,
specifications and standards without compromising project HSE procedures and recording the work
progresses.
* Assisting & Preparation of method Statements for installation, testing Procedure including check lists
for all Services.
* Coordination with other functional departments for work execution as per coordination dwgs /site
conditions.
* Follow up with the consultant for IFC drawing approval and consequently with Local Govt
authorities for their approvals.
* Preparation of RFI’s, RFIA’s, and CVI’s to
Designing and erection of ductings for Fans and Blowers according to design, as per site conditions
and area of placement.
* Site Inspection and supervision of execution team on regular time intervals and confirming that the
work is competently carried out in strict compliance with approved drawings, Client Requirement &
Standard Installation methods
