My current role at GSS involves providing specialist recruitment services within the Transport Infrastructure Sector, mainly in Roads/Highways and Rail. I identify and recruit key individuals into large value projects within the GCC and internationally.This current position recruiting for Infrastructure and Rail involves the identification and recruitment of key individuals into large value mega projects within the GCC. Roles that I have been actively recruiting for include Construction Project Managers, Design Coordinators, CAD Managers, Project Control Managers, Contracts, and Claims Managers.
My role involves me dealing with varied recruitment processes from one off assignments to on-going working contracts; typically working with HR Directors, HR Managers, and Hiring Managers within Internationally Renowned clients.
