• Conduct inspections for the precast segment lining deliveries for the defects prior to acceptance and unloading.
• Generate reports e.g. Defects Identification of ring built through mapping, grout tunnel record, Weekly CQC quality control.
• Conduct inspections and record keepings for the defect repairs of installed segment linings, prior to CPL casting.
• Inspection of vault surface preparation, pre-pour inspection (Formworks) prior to concrete casting of CPL Lining and post inspection to ensure that it will comply with method of statement.
• Inspection of invert surface preparation prior to fresh concrete casting.
• Checking of fresh concrete (Slump, Flow & Temperature) and recording all the details prior to start concreting.
• Conduct inspections for excavation, Rebar works, Concrete pouring & Defect Mapping for Precast Tunnel Rings.
• Reviewing method statement and ITP for special area of construction activities as per agreed by consultant and as per ISO 9001:2008 QMS essential procedure.
• Preparation of all QC documentation as QA plan getting approval from GC's.
• An arrangement for Third party tests in presence of GC's and submission the same for approval.
• Maintaining all QC activities in Lab and Site as per the approval methodologies.
• Conduct all regular quality tests on materials as per ITP in Lab as well as at site.
• Preparations for the CQC daily reports to be submitted.
• Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractors.
