Responsible for managing product development and the entire production process from initial concept to production.
•Work with the design team on all necessary rounds of sampling.
•Review all designs and specifications to meet our quality expectations, performance standards and Production requirements.
•Complete final review of all pre-production samples.
•Develop, implement, and execute effective control plans to monitor production and work processes.
•Responsible for developing and documenting manufacturing methods.
•Provide cost estimates for new products.
•Lead corrective action projects document control and calibration processes.
•Maintain inventory and the security of all assets at all times.
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in more than one phase of manufacturing Jewellery
•Trains workers in methods of jewelry manufacture, such as model making, setting, polishing Inspects finished work to ensure adherence to specification, using sight magnifier and loupe.
Metal Setting& Quality Checking
•Setting Diamonds & Color Stones of different size and shapes in gold and other precious metal jewelry frame as per designs.
•Rectifying defects in the metal and minimizing damage to gemstones or jewelry.
•Inspects finished work to ensure adherence to specification using sight magnifier and loupe.
