• Identifying & tapping market avenues & business opportunities and shouldering the responsibility of rendering Business Finance Solutions to Small & Medium Sized companies according to their gauged requirements
• Ensuring coordination with team & support units from the time of booking of the loan till the loan disbursement.
• Acquiring training on financial products, SME banking, fundamentals of banking jargins etc.
• Accountable for handling diversified portfolio with a variety of different banking products of SME Liabilities, Installment Loan, Commercial Vehicle, Construction Equipment Finance, Enterprises Credit Financing and SME Credit Card.
• Responsible for sourcing business pertaining to Letter of Credit, Over Draft, Bank Garantee, Cheque Discounting, Bill Discounting, Peformance Bond & Trust Receipt against fix deposit/cash collateral security after negotiation.
• Taking initiatives for expanding business through negotiation and acquisition related to small medium enterprises business but not limited to any turnover of the organization.
• Securing and maintaining all the policies assigned by the management.
• Attending and participating in all sales and products training and learning sessions.
