Part Of BGP Migration team, Planning team and IOS up-gradation team for our client "CORIANT" (Tellabs).
Key Responsibilities:
1- Understand Customer Issue
2- Guide customers to do the trouble shooting remotely.
3- Generate Trouble Ticket and assign to NOC team.
4- Check & identify the proper reason for the issue by technical techniques.
5- Co-ordinate with NOC team and update customers about the update of the docket (Trouble Ticket).
6- Suggest customers for Troubleshooting with the guidance of NOC team.
7- When the issue is resolve close docket and send the detail reason for the outage to customer.
8- We also use the MRTG tool for checking the link status and bandwidth utilization in case of ILL.
