• Monitoring and witnessing the incoming CRA Clad pipes (28-inch ID) of wall thickness 18.9mm (15.9mm CS + 3mm Alloy 625 Clad), forwarding the same to Pipe Laying Barge. Inspection and repair (if any) for CWC (Concrete weight coating of 90mm and 60mm) before final acceptance.
• Monitoring and inspecting for 29Km’s of ROW, which had sub-base and sub-grade throughout pipe line.
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
• Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
• Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
• Review all inspection reports for compliance.
• Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
• Liaise with the site construction engineers and provide assistance when requested.
• Prepare nonconformance reports to the QA manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from VISVESWARAIAH TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY - In First Division.
