As a Safety offficer, I brief my collegues daily safety briefing in the Morning, check all eye wash stations, all spill kits, MHE PMCS done everyday Morning, before starting duty.All personnel has time to to time safety awareness training, use of fire extinguisher, fire evacuation drill done in a regular basis.Report all safety violation to the Manager. however minimum is it may be.SAFETY FIRST, SAFETY LAST- as I believe.
I have to control six Medical Representatives in 18 districts of Orissa have prepare their work schedule for the coming months, check their sales order & dispatch, Connection details, time to time MR's training & refreshers, conducting sales meetings in monthly basis, conducting Clinical symposium for the doctors, new products briefing to both of them, guiding my team to achieve their sales target in a planed way.
I have strong communication skill, which help me to keep a close relation with my colleagues & doctors too.
I have control 250 doctors & 200 chemists in my teritorry every month.I have to promote the products to the doctors & ensure their support for my products.I have to ensure that all the products shall be available at the near by chemists.There by I have to achieve my target month after month.I have look for the payments from my Whole sale agent at due time.I have achieved my monthly, quarterly & yearly target very successfully.
