Managing site construction activities of MEP works.
Allocation of manpower and supervising construction works as per the work schedule.
Coordinating and obtaining approvals from local authorities with related NOCs.
Performing regular site inspections to ensure the quality of MEP Installations.
Preparation of Look-ahead Monthly & Weekly Work Programmes
Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements.
Allocating manpower and arranging materials required for Installation and Maintenance activities as per the requirements of project schedule.
Preparation of Look-ahead Monthly & Weekly Work Programs, Implementing strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
Interacting with client and consultant regarding the status of work, Negotiating with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications.
Ensuring the availability of adequate quantity of electrical material, providing input to Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications.
Raising inspection requests for work completed, Reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.
Completing necessary quality assurance documentation of work under direct control, Updating drawings to fit newly approved modifications for As-Built drawings.
Prepare, Issue and Follow up of request for quotation (RFQ) and make comparative analysis on quotations.
Preparation of Queries related to the tender and sending them to the client/main contractor for clarification.
Pricing of Electrical & ELV Systems by considering the requirements of the Project Specification.
Preparation of Value Engineering proposal, proficient with preparation of SAP BOQ.
Design & Estimation of EPC projects, Load Calculation, Selection of Electrical and ELV System Components etc.,
High Voltage Electrical (up to 800KV) & Mechanical Testing of Insulators, Isolators, Circuit breakers, Transformer bushings & hardware fittings.
NABL / ISO 9001 / OHSAS 14001 & Integrated Management System (IMS) Documentation.
