Responsible for Operation and maintenance of Al Zeina Community (Aldar Properties PJSC ), Abu Dhabi (Under Owner Association ).
Identifying and delivering improvements across all aspects of operations including Environment and Sustainability, Capital Investment and Delivery, Maintenance, planning, programming and budgeting.
Prepare, submit, manage and report on the OPEX budget consisting of reactive and preventative maintenance activities.
Provide technical support on building services to the Community Manager and FM team as required.
Provide life cycle and cyclical asset maintenance modeling, costing and analysis to the client.
Ensure compliance for audits and insurance across the portfolio.
