Was hired as Store Keeper :- My responsibility was :-
1) Daily preparing material receive & material issue note Project Wise.
2) Weekly physical checking of stocks as per record maintained in the system.
3) Notifying Purchasing dept. of shortage of material with in the store.
4) Preparing monthly stock flow report (Project wise & cumulative).
5) Proper storage of material in the stores. (LIFO & FIFO system).
6) Daily reporting back to Purchase dept. about material received.
7) Maintaining high level of safety & security of material stock in the Store area
Now working as Assistance Purchaser - My responsibility are :-
1) Preparing LPO’s in the Software (Letosoft).
2) Maintaining of payable A/C as per LPO raised & material received.
3) Preparing of BID TAB sheet for comparing of RFQ.
4) Preparing monthly Purchase report (Project wise).
5) Continuous searching for new & dependable supplies who can deliver material on time & quality of product’s approved by project team.
