Allocation of resources like Manpower & Spares for individual shut down activity.
 Listing out the total activity to be carried out for Shut Down Equipment wise.
 To ensure all safety permit like Allocations of time frame to each activity to be carry out & overall duration of Shut Down
Preparing Project Execution plan & scheduling by Primavera P6 for Project activity in Work Breakdown Structure & Planning for the execution of each activity on daily basis.
Hot/Height work permits before starting of commissioning & Maintenance activity. Establishing and managing a risk assessment sheet and safety permit.
 Interaction with OEM for servicing of equipments & up gradation of equipment with latest technology.
 Effectively interfaced with Clients, Suppliers, Vendors and contractors during Shut Down & maintenance.
 Piping and equipment blowing cleaning, drying, flushing, Installation, Leak checking, purging and enerzisation of system and subsystem as per procedure and satisfied to clients requirement and make record for all activities.
 Rotating Equipment Inspection & performance evaluation as per std. performance curves & on other technical parameters.
2. ONGC at Ankleshwar as Asst. Manager (Projects). (7 years) Responsibility assigned was
(1st October 2002 to 31st December 2010)

 Shut Down planning & scheduling by Primavera P6 for Project activity in Work Breakdown Structure & Planning for the execution of each activity on daily basis.
Coordinating with various departments to follow up Major maintenance activity of Static & rotating equipment.
Route cause analysis of major break down & corrective measure for the reduction of rotating eqpt down time.
 Co-ordination and Follow up with process /operation department for trial run & full load running performance of rotating eqpt after mnt. Or overhauling.
Invite and co-ordinate with client representative and maintain records of maintenance as a History of individual equipment.
Pressure Testing of equipment by Nitrogen.
X-Ray/DP testing of weld joints of equipments & its critical parts like Piston Cylinder liner etc.

Fabrication, Erection & Commissioning of 50 MT Storage tank for chemical with Lead Bonding & accessories & with DP & hydro testing.
