• Management of Backup and restoration of File server, Database server, and Windows Active Directory servers with various tools Symantec backup- Exec and windows NTBACKUP.
• Management of Symantec End-Point Antivirus Server for securing our environment with the latest threats.
• Installation of new / rebuild existing Windows servers 2008/ 2012 in accordance with standards and project requirements.
• Windows DNS and zone management
• Health check reports of the Microsoft Windows Infrastructure servers. Incl. Disk space, Virus definition, and critical event logs.
• Provide timely status updates to direct reports and another IT management.
• Contribute to and maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
• Provide Level I / II support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
• Manage DHCP server pools, reservations etc.
• Remote support for end-users, incl. troubleshooting Software problems, Installing, Uninstalling, and configuring software
• Configurations of Network & Local printer
• Outlook configuration & troubleshooting.

• Preparing Root Cause Analysis documents for critical issues
• Creating a ticket and analyzing problems.
