• I was the process owner for PTP (Jun’16-Sep’17) for a Client in the Hardware industry and currently the Delivery lead for a client in the Utilities industry.

shrinkage from 2.5% to <1%.
- Cost control through price negotiations and process re-engineering. I brought in a 30%
reduction in vendor costs by re-negotiating pricing & fees, while ensuring the
continuation/enhancement of services. Overall savings were in excess of $400, 000.
