• Replicated the migration scenario in our labs and assisted the American Express Bank in their migration from Cisco devices to Nortel Secure router 3120 series, and configured BGP and QOS.
• Maersk - Configured point-to-point connectivity for their day-to-operations of their container ships and bulk carriers in the dock around the globe.
• Maintain service level agreement as per the commitment.
• Assist in creation & maintenance of technical documents and Knowledge base.

• Troubleshooting Nortel Passport 8600 series Layer 3 switches.
• Troubleshooting Nortel secure 1001, 1001S, 1004, 2340, and 3120 series.
• Implement approved Change Requests and Patch Management.
• Technology involved BGP/OSPF/EIGRP/RIP routing protocol, ATM/Frame Relay as physical connectivity and switching protocol 802.1d, MLT, SMLT, and VLANs.
• Ability to determine root cause and resolution for previously unknown problems.
• Ability to work effectively with and provide guidance to other members of the workgroup.
