Anadeus systems is our family Business which was also started in 2009. Our company was dealing with IBMS projects at the starting. We are the system integrator of Honeywell Automation with code 2045870. Now anadeus is dealing with ELV, Network, PAS, LAN projects in government sector associating with kerala PWD with registered "A" class license.

I was the in charge of the projects from Honeywell and was able to do high end projects with them. Details of which is mentioned in my CV.

Currently i am in Anadeus as project manager in which my role start from Tender quoting to the end Payment.

MY ROLE INCLUDES BOQ PREPARATION, WORK PLANNING, WORK EXECUTION, DPR PREPARATION, QUANTITY SURVEY AND BILLING OF TELECOM SYSTEMS SUCH AS PAGA, CCTV, SDH SYSTEMS, NMS etc

PROJECT ENGINEER
Anadeus systems is an I&C Vendor of Honeywell Automations India pvt.Ltd. The Company is a
leading provider of integrated automation and software solutions that improve productivity
enhance comfort and ensure safety and security of your homes and business premises.

My Responsibilities at Anadeus systems: I worked as a Project Engineer for the support of installation and commissioning of IBMS in various projects all over Kerala and Tamil nadu.

PROJECTS HANDLED
HCL MAIN CAMPUS CHENNAI

Installation of four IBMS systems includes Addressable Fire Alarm System, PA system,
CCTV System and Access Control System.

The fire alarm system consist of six zones with 178 smoke detectors, 156 smoke/ heat detectors,
54 MCP, 34 Hooters and two panels. The Product used are of Honeywell, System sensor and
Agni.


The PA system consists of 98 speakers of both ceiling mount and wall mount of BOSCH.

CCTV System has eight outdoor speed dome and 62 indoor analogue fixed dome cameras
distributed over six floors are digitalized using nine streamers.

Access Control Systems of 34 in and out doors using HID readers.

Duration: Nine months
Life Insurance Corporation of India.
The projects includes Fire alarm systems, Access control systems and Rodent repellant
system installed over 10 sites in Kerala and Tamilnadu.

Each site consist of four to six smoke detectors of system sensor and two to three MCP and hooters of Honeywell and four zone fire panel of Ravel in Fire alarm systems.

Access control systems includes two door with in and out readers of HID and an emergency exit, and the panel is used of Honeywell IPAK2.

The projects includes the following systems
Two zone non-addressable fire alarm system with 16 detectors

Eight analogue cameras with motion sensing facility.

Access control with 7 proxy card reader door and one biometric card reader.

13 speakers with one amplifier and one pr-amplifier for Public announcement.

Two zone rodent repellant system with 16 transducers.

Four zone water leakage systems.
VESDA system for the server room for above ceiling and false ceiling.
