2.Resposible for Procurement, maintain adequate stock and ensure three is neither over stock not over Shortage of Stocks in Finished Goods and Raw Materials/Spares/Consumables.
3.Resposible for production, planning production in co-ordination with Production and Sales team as per Market requirements.
4.Resposible for daily Sales Targets /achievements and all routes’ operations.
5.Resposible for Sales team Targets deciding, and leaves for Market on time and do not return before complete sales of loaded stocks or achievement of daily Sales Target given to them.
6.Ensure all Sales team reporting daily performance and taking review daily basis /Solving their issues, if any.
7.Resposible for daily outstanding payments collection and ensure no Customer is exceeding Company approved Credit period except a few approved special Customers extra credit days period who are approved by Management.
8.Encourging Sales team for more Cash Sales.
9.Followups on daily Collections, and Banking is done on daily basis immediately in all working days.
10.Ensuring Sales Collection is not used for daily operational expenses and deposited in Bank, except special approval from management on specific requirement or need.
11.Weekly basis meetings of Sales team /Administrative staff/Accounts and Production staff and taking review business is run as per Company Policies and guidelines approved by management.
12Perodically, sudden. Inspection of daily loading vehicles and ensure Correct stocks are loaded.
13.Perodical review on Quilty of products are maintained and no any violations and miss practices are happening which will image of Company Market Brand and reputations.
14.Aprroving various schemes and promotions recommended by Sales team ensuring profits margin are maintained properly approved by Management.
15.Resolving all issues related Sales/Administration Accounts and Finance Stores/Purchase /HR Departments and Branches /Depots.
16.Approving petty Cash and emergency requirements with Management information.
17.Ensuring all Purchases are done as per Company policies and guidelines approved by Management.
18.Ensuring all suppliers are paid in time and due Credit periods.
19.Responsible for internal and external Audit Queries and findings.
20.Visiting Customes regularly and resolving their issues, if any, in- Co-Ordination with Sales team.
21.Resposible for Employees timely attendance /Vacations/joining reports and medical transportation etc.
22.Border, Customs and Ministry related (Legal) jobs and Certifications /renewal with Co-Ordination with administration departments.
23.Psychical Checks of Raw Materials and Finished goods on regular basis.
24.Contacting Customers and ensuring timely deliveries.
