• Installation and Commissioning of gas turbine generators and its auxiliaries for Saudi Electricity Company, Tabuk Stage 8 power plant.
• Proactively involved in Control and logic checkups and interface functioning between generator and associated equipment.
• Installation & commissioning of all associated electrical works related to Fuel handling, storage & treatment system namely unloading station, Oil tanks, demin water plant and distillate oil treatment plant
• Served as Section in charge for chipper house, water treatment plant and effluent treatment plant
• Carried out Preventive & breakdown maintenance of electrical installations at the Process plant & Steam Power plant
• Hands on experience in SAP module for spare part management and indenting
• Held energy audit & safety audit for 2 plants and residential colony
• Completed 2 projects using Six sigma techniques. (A) Increasing steam generation efficiency of Saw dust Boiler (B) Reduction in motor failure rate
• Trained staff and workmen on various problem solving tools and techniques like 6 sigma methodology, Y-Y analysis, FMEA, Kaizen
