My scope of work is to foresee all daily administrative work related to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts.
Job Profile -
• Manage demand & supply for Industries and hospitals for Gases like Oxygen, Nitrogen,
Co2, DA, Argon, P10, Helium, Hydrogen etc.
• Visiting retail & institutional customer to generate sales and service orders
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options; maintaining relationship with clients.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Looking all material purchases for Industrial and medical gases with Medical Gas Pipe Line System from across country.
• Assigning material and manpower for the Hospital’s MGPS project and monitoring it to complete within time limit.
• Looking at billing, payments and outstanding with all expenses.
• Prepares sales and purchase data for GST calculation.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Company was established in 1985 as a building material trading company specialized mainly in steel, cement, water tanks and water & heat insulation. In 1997 Al-Zamil started its own manufacturing facility to become today the largest and leading Polyethylene water tank factory in Saudi Arabia.

My scope of work is to foresee the supply chain department of manufacturing of Roto Molded Polyethylene Water Tanks / Chemical Tanks, Manhole Covers, AC Tray, Automatic Doors and Injection Molded accessories for plumbing.

Job Profile -
• Oversee day to day operations of the supply chain department from raw material procurement to finish products distribution to company warehouses, distributors and direct customers.
• Responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, distribution, inventory, security, returns, inventory control and customer relations.
• Work closely with sales management to coordinate sales deliveries and customer service.
• Responsibilities include production tracking, warehouse sanitation, supplier relations, bargaining unit and development of motivational programs for increased efficiency and accuracy of operations.
• Participate in procurement process and vendor development.

My scope of work is to foresee the logistics department of PepsiCo bottling division for central India. Brand i.e. Pepsi, Mirinda, 7up, Mountain Dew, Slice, Aquafina, Tropicana etc.

Job Profile -
• Manage 3 Depot’s and 4 Hub in Central India.
• Lead a team 25+ Staff.
• Order processing, Vehicle Arrangement.
• Preplanning Distributor Dispatch & Vehicle Arrangement.
• Ensuring service to the distributor for stock procurement.

This company is a Franchisee Service Station of Tata Motors Ltd. for its passenger car division.
1)To Maintain Inventory with FIFO in warehouse for Tata Motors Passenger Cars Spare Parts.
2. Provide Spares to service center as per their requirement. Especially for Body Parts.
3. Procurement fulfill if emergency accrued for the parts of Tata or other Brand Vehicles from local vendor as well as from out side vendors.
4. Doing purchase for workshop maintenance and other workshop uses material.

My scope of work is to foresee 3pl (3rd Party Logistic) service to our major client M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Tractor Division), MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur

Job Profile -
• Provide daily MIS Report to buyer & vendor regarding inward, outward and buffer stock. Maintain inventory level by FIFO.
• Provide material to buyers as per their requirement time to time per weekly and monthly production schedule.
• Ensuring stock replenishment, through uplift from vendor / supplier as and when buffer stock goes down.
• Deciding transport mode to fulfill production requirement
• Manage stock by physical checking with documents as well as system record.
• Operate online tracking system and internet mail for material pickup & dispatch status.

After completion, my probation I was transfer for Lucknow as an IT Supervisor for handling all Cash & Accounts Transaction, prepare CBS & MBR Including Four Branches self-Lucknow with Kanpur, Bareilly, Kannauj and Billing for credit parties & maintaining outstanding. Doing arrangement for extra cargo load, maintaining & monitoring route schedule of vehicle with handling state permit problems like form31 etc.
