• To promote positive attitude towards HSE to all crew, third parties, service companies.
• Ensure all HSE messages are conveyed, which is received from safety department, client and also from outside agencies.
• To develop and monitor safety procedures: deliver safety training programs and all types of audits.
• To monitor environmental issues; waste handling and disposal activities
• To coordinate weekly safety meeting.
• Conduct safety orientation for all the personnel reporting at site.
• Ensure all safety equipments and facilities are kept in best working condition including follow up of calibration of equipments.
• Risk assessment for all critical activities.
• Initiating STOP work/action whenever required.
• Monitoring of all service personnel, HSE briefing/ Orientation, safety audit etc
• Ensure all near misses; first aid cases are thoroughly investigated to implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure all job activities are followed as per procedure and according to the permit conditions.
• As a standby for all critical, high-risk non-routine activities like hot work, confined space etc.
• Monitor and control all site traffic movements.
• Inspection of all civil equipments like crane, fork lift and maintaining all the records. Ensure daily check list is done
• Monitoring of unloading, storage of all chemicals being used at site.
• Arrange training for all the crew and update training records.
• Preparing daily, weekly monthly safety report.
• Accompanying client during HSE audit both at the camp and sites
