Roles & Responsibilities
o KOC-Wara Pressure maintenance electronic project Permit facilitation through daily
communication with PMC, Worley Parson engineers & the client contractor, GS
engineering supervisors at work & co-ordinated to the permit holders / supervisors
at work.
o Monitored the daily activities provided by the supervisors at work & guiding them to
the necessary work fronts for next days activities.
o Highlighted the Worst case scenarios upfront to the client contractor in order to
avoid the hurdles at the day of work.
o Communication with the contractor for the activity progress.
o Necessary communication with PMC &
BEL, GAIL INDIA-CNG PROJ, Bangalore), (CCC-Projects), (RSEB)
Commissioning Assistance at Nuclear Atomic Power Plant, KKNPP, Tamilnadu)
Roles & Responsibilities
o Monitoring all the shutdown activities related to Instrument & control valves.
o Reporting the per day calibration activities to the client.
o Monitoring the hydro test related to Valves.(1.5 times the working pressure)
o Monitoring the calibration of the valves in connection with compressor through
air regulator.
o Recording the inlet and outlet pressure values with respect to the stem travel.
o Monitoring all the seat leakages and ensuring proper Teflon washers are
intact .
o Recording the tag numbers of valves assembled to be submitted to the client.
o Final Hand over of all the client related instruments with proper
documentation and the signoff records are maintained well for future works.
