Key Result Areas: As Supervisor-Revenue, Credit & Collections in Finance
• Monitoring the subordinate works for streamlining operations
• Handling the:
o Credit Control Team and motivating them to accomplish the collections targets
o Invoicing Team for timely preparation and submission Invoices to the customers
• Maintaining and updating the property master files
• Assessing the adjustments amount in cases of improper billings
• Organizing training programs for subordinates to improve their skills
• Accountable for debt collection and following-up the key customers for outstanding
• Preparing report relating with key performance details of the department
• Reducing potential bad debt through maintaining relationships with key clients
• Submitting report to the Financial Controller relating with outstanding accounts on monthly basis
• Looking after the payroll process
• Supervising team of 5 members for billing and collections follow ups (indoor work), 3 members for Delivery & Payment collections (outdoor work)

Job Profile:
•Verifying all files and documents relating to customers

•Supervising the Subordinate for Processing the Releasing Order for vehicle finance

•Handling of counter cash, petty cash and bank transactions

•Customers Post Dated Cheques Handling

•MIS report generating & reporting to Head Office

•Preparing the monthly reports for Operations

•Coordinating with Head Office & our operations team in Tamil Nadu Branches

•Supervising The whole Branch Operations Work

Job Profile:
•Making Receiving Tally Sheet for receiving the consignments
•Making Pick List and Daily Delivery Report.
•Inventory checking and reporting.
•Making MIS report & Submitting to Operations Manager
•Handling The Promotion pack Job orders arrangements

•Inwards Receiving, Updating & maintaining inward files.
•Checking the Insurance Applications.
•Preparing premium collections report & Reporting to Accounts Dept.
•Insurance policies processing & Posting.
•Policies renewal notice preparing.
•Weekly & Monthly Report Preparing. & Reporting to Business Head.
