• Prepared daily HSE reports, safety meeting minutes, equipment inspection checklists, kill sheet records and monthly HSE performance reports for submission to corporate HSE team.

• Managed HSSE performance reporting for IOGP and GBG global submissions — delivering monthly, quarterly and annual scorecards covering FAC, MTC, RWC, LWC, LSR, LOPC, MVI and PSE metrics.
• Conducted RCA trend analysis with asset focal points — identified systemic issues, presented findings and recommendations to executive leadership during annual HSE review meetings.

• Performed QA/QC and standardization of process safety events aligned to API RP 754 — classifying incidents across Tier 1, Tier 2, LOPC, FAC and MTC categories, correcting misclassifications and developing simplified field reference SOPs to improve reporting accuracy across global assets.
