SALES ASSISTANT / CASHIER RESPONSIBLITIES
* Giving outstanding customer service to all the customers.
* Keep the Outlet always clean and tidy.
* Attending the monthly sales meeting and note down any important things.
* Handling the Outlet with minimum supervision.
* Provide courteous professional service and maintain a good working relationship with your own colleagues and all other department within the company.
* Handling the telephone calls and taking out side sales orders.
* After duty balance the sales cash, petty cash, print the daily sales summery and hand it over to head office.
* If there is any important things write in the log book and hand it over to the next shift.
* Handling customer complains.
* Check and order stationary.
* Handling Cash (taking all foreign currencies)
* Update the stock in the point of sales system, print the report and hand over to Brand Manager for the signature.
* Explain to the customer about our product.
* Arranging the outlet and display the products.
* Ordering the stocks from main stores.
* Taking monthly stock count and monthly sales summery.
* Going for outside sales promotions and working for other branches.
* Working according to the roster basis.
