As Manager, Egypt Integration, my responsibilities extend to managing the migration activities, Website/Digital Re-branding activities, Regulatory requirements, Community and Social Management roll-out etc.,

• Data Migration
o Work with multiple cross-functional teams to understand data usage and implications for data migration.
o Adhere to the data migration process and the principles, structure & overall approach for design and delivery of Data Migration
o Work with Project teams, SMEs to identify, define, document and communicate the data migration requirements
o Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, and business sign-off details
o Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan
o Engage with business users to understand the impact of the data entities which qualifies for the data cleansing at source prior to the final data migration
o Liaise with business users for the quantitative and qualitative verification of the migrated data against the provided source data

• Website/Digital - Rebranding
o Liaise with Digital Channels teams to gather the requirements for the rebranding of IB/MB, ATM/CDM
o Review the requirements document with all the relevant stakeholders and the Marcom team prior to sharing with the agency team

o Lead the UAT execution for the PBG Platform fixes and ensure quality delivery by vendor as per the bank guidelines.
