As Manager, Egypt Integration, my responsibilities extend to managing the migration activities, Website/Digital Re-branding activities, Regulatory requirements, Community and Social Management roll-out etc.,
• Data Migration
o Work with multiple cross-functional teams to understand data usage and implications for data migration.
o Adhere to the data migration process and the principles, structure & overall approach for design and delivery of Data Migration
o Work with Project teams, SMEs to identify, define, document and communicate the data migration requirements
o Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, and business sign-off details
o Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan
o Engage with business users to understand the impact of the data entities which qualifies for the data cleansing at source prior to the final data migration
o Liaise with business users for the quantitative and qualitative verification of the migrated data against the provided source data
• Website/Digital - Rebranding
o Liaise with Digital Channels teams to gather the requirements for the rebranding of IB/MB, ATM/CDM
o Review the requirements document with all the relevant stakeholders and the Marcom team prior to sharing with the agency team

As Manager for IT Platform Fixes, my responsibilities extended to
• UAT Execution of the Platform Fixes
o Liaise with FAB IT Team, Products and Process teams for resolving all product, system and process gaps which were postponed / resulted from the integration of the 2 legacy banks.
o Lead the UAT execution for the PBG Platform fixes and ensure quality delivery by vendor as per the bank guidelines.
o Proactive identification and provide solutions for any strategic delivery risks and issues
o Leverage central function support teams to implement the projects (IT, Ops, Credit etc)
o Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately to meet FAB requirements, policies, and quality standards

As UAT Integration Manager for Integration and Transformation PBG, my responsibilities extended to
• UAT Integration Coordination
o Developed and promote UAT Integration methodologies and standards
o Collaboration with Integration Managers and Business Unit leaders for reviews and sign-off of various test artefacts, for all projects involving UAT integration
o Ensured the completeness / fit-for-purpose of the UAT integration by adequately addressing all the pertinent concerns of the stakeholders
o Collaboration with UAT Integration teams, audit and compliance teams to ensure test execution is against the target stack architecture

As a QA Engineer/QA Lead (Team size of 3) of the testing tool support was responsible for the following:
• Maintaining the license of the Mercury Interactive Tools within the Cisco Clients.
• Providing functional and Technical support for the tools.
• Active interaction with the clients. Scheduling meetings and providing solutions through net meeting, VNC and WebEx.
• Preparation of month end project reports. Reporting to the Project Manager, the progress of the support activities at the offsite.
• To ensure that the applications migrated and modified are adhering to requirements.
• Software migrated / modified is verified against the business requirement document (BRD).
• Leading the QA Team, preparation of Test Plans, Test Scripts.

•Functional testing was carried out using Mercury Interactive Win Runner.
•Generation of Test Plan, development of manual or automated Test Scripts and defect management were also included in daily activities.
•Test Process was managed using Test Director.
•Reporting to the IT Manager interaction with third party vendors was also included in the day-to-day activities.
As a Test Manager handling various projects, was involved in the following activities:
• Reporting to the Director the charge of Testing Team was the nature of job.
• Testing several web enabled and client/server applications developed by the company was the application under test.
• Testing third party applications. Designing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Scheduling, Resource allocation, Client interaction.
• System Study and Requirement verification.
• Development of manual Test Scripts and executing the tests of varies levels, such as Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing and Load Testing were also part of the job.
As a Team Leader, responsibilities included study, analysis, design & testing of the system. MS Visual C++ and MS Access were used for developing Merchandise Receiving System, design the user interface of Maintenance Management System (MMS), testing to ensure the smooth functioning of the project. Providing technical support to the development team and to the customers on various issues. MS Visual C++ and Oracle 7.x were used for development and Testing was carried out manually.
