Monitoring and trouble shooting of DU Telecom Core Network
Check the connectivity between Core, Distribution and access layer
Monitor and maintain different services like Mobile communication, IP TV
Data transmission Wireless and Wi-max services
Find out the issue and trouble shoot the devices in both enterprise and customer end
First level trouble shooting for higher end router 7609 and Switches 6500
Configuration of VLAN in 4500 series switches.

Check DWDM alarm and create ticket for each alarms

Provide 2nd level troubleshooting and support to maintain network infrastructure that consists all devices and technologies to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
DC (Data Centre) and DR (Disaster Recovery) Hosting and Infrastructure Monitoring.
Configuration of Switches \[VLAN Creation etc\]
Installation & Upgrade of software on Routers as per update change control process.
Maintaining / Updating the WAN/ DC& DR LAN diagram.
Collection and verification of monthly uptime/downtime report from MPLS Service Provider vendor.
Enforce security policies of HHML on Router and Checkpoint.
Dealer roll out that involves Anti virus installation on desktops and router installation.
In case of links going down taking necessary action to coordinate with the existing Service Provider for restoration of the same \[internet/WAN\] on priority.
Responsible for preparation of all periodic reports as well as all invoicing relating to the service.
Provide backup and recovery operations support whenever necessary and periodically.
Fault finding on Internet connectivity and Firewall and coordinating with respective vendors for resolving the same.
Configuration and trouble shooting of CISCO Router and Nortel Router
Configured more than three hundred Nortel Router (1001 SR)both Radio frequency
Experience on configuring CISCO Router.
Configuration of CISCO Switches,
Configuration of Dynamic routing Protocol like RIP, IGRP, OSPF and EIGRP.
Configuration of LAN, WAN, LOOP BACK CISCO router.
Experience on Configuring BGP and troubleshooting.
Configuring VLAN, VTP modes, STP
Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional.
Managing Desktop computers - Operating system installation, Application installation. Trouble-shooting with operating systems and applications.
