 Subcontract management including bid-list, bid-package, bid-issue/RFQ, bid-evaluation and awad. Post-award activities for all subcontractors including correspondences, amendments, invoice processing, change/claims management till closeout. Structured approach for subcontracts management from pre-award to close out, capture all additional costs through change management, keeping tab on budgets and securing client approvals. Develop Project Subcontract Plan, Project specific Special T&C's.
 Focal communication point for project communication, information sharing, commercial negtiations, invoices, changes etc.
 Support Procurement, Expediting & Delivery teams and respond in the specified time frame for T&C' deviations, PBG/ABG, vendor correspondence (including email correspondence), Certificate formats, invoice review/ approvals etc. for QAL, YKP & MPP3 projects.
 Develop project Risk & Opportunity register to manage the uncertainties and their subsequent potetial +/- consequences on objectives in terms of time, cost and performance. Periodically conduct workshops, review actions, re-assess, update action/close and publish to stakeholders.

Warranty Department - Aug’17 to Feb‘19
 Contract management of all Contracts /Purchase Orders during Warranty/DLP until final completion for following projects
o EMAL - Aluminium Smelter Phase 2
o EMAL - Larger Anode Project
o DUBAL - Energy Optimisation & Capacity Creep Project

o DUBAL - Power & Steam Integration Project
 Contracts management post IC/MC/partial takeover includes T&C summary, Correspondences drafting, Warranty Defects Management, meetings/MOM’s drafting claims evaluation, guarantees management, commercial negotiations & settlement. Providing administrative support, interdisciplinary coordination between EGA Operations, various Depts., Subcontractor and stakeholders from handover till final completion/ close-out.
 Advising on the contractual terms, its implications to support Project Management function in decision making.

Capital Projects - Jan’16 to Dec‘16
 Post-award Subcontract Management for Carbon Larger Anode Project (CLP1414) designed to expand the existing EMAL plant to produce larges anodes for both DUBAL & EMAL potlines.
 Major subcontracts include Green Mill, Anode Handling System, Dust Transportation System, FTA & ASC Cranes, Anode Baking Furnace, Refractory Supply, Automated Firing System, Rodding Shop and Anode Storage Building.
 Post-award activities include correspondences in/out, Change Management (VO’s/ Amendment), Claim management. Administrative support including, record keeping, warranties & guarantees management, insurance management, meetings/MOM’s drafting and interdisciplinary coordination, between Operations and Subcontractor from award till MC / Handover.

 Post-award Subcontract management for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, C&A, Lifting, Scaffolding, Buildings and Warehouse subcontractors as EPCm Contractor for Chevron Bangladesh.
 Post-award activities include drafting correspondences, Change/ Claims management, Invoice processing and cost negotiations and in compliance to Chevron’s process, procedures and requirements as outlined in the subcon agreements.
 Monthly cost reporting for main Contract and all Subcontractors, providing details of all claims and its status for approved, under review and forecast claims, EOT costs, back charges etc. against budget / Subcon value including potential liabilities.

Contract Administration of the EPC Contract for 42’’ Onshore Pipe Line Project along 294 Kms with 18 Block Valve Stations & Gas Dispatching Facility (GDF), includes Change and Claim Management, Extension of time / delay analysis, Insurance tracking, leading meeting & Correspondences in and out.
 Subcontract Administration of HDD, Piling, Civil Works, Pipeline, Mechanical Contracts of the Project, includes Claim/ Change management, Monthly Payment certifications, AFC drawing measurement for Civil, Structural & piping works, drafting special T&C’s for vendor contracts, Weekly & Monthly Progress review meetings MOM’s & correspondences In/Out

Contract Administration for Shah Gas Development Project EPC Packages 2 & 3 designed to treat 1 billion cubic feet a day of sour gas, before separating sulphur from natural gas and transporting both to processing facilities at Habshan area, and then to Ruwais. Construction of the gas process plant and sulphur recovery unit, approx. 250 kms long pipelines for transporting gas, condensate and NGL from the Shah Gas plant to Habshan and ASAB tie-in point.
 Contract Administration activities: Preparation of monthly Progress Payments, rate analysis for new items, Oil Pass Coordination, Monitoring project changes and raising requests for Change Orders & Amendments, timely notification of delays and work stoppages to clients formally along with associated costs, analysing project setbacks and impacts due to various changes, hindrances etc. prepare delay analysis & submit Extension of Time (EOT) Claims. Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management report, Contracts internal report and Contracts regional report with all potential Claims
 Subcontract Administration - Review of vendor proposal, drafting special T&C’s of vendor contract, invoice/ payment certification, claim settlement, variations to the Subcontract and contract closeout.

 Subcontract Post award activities including certification of payment application, Reconciliation of materials (FIM), Claims/Change management & dispute resolution, EOT settlement, Preparation of standard contract for all Plant and Equipment’s, vendors, suppliers etc.

 Subcontractors Management including Progress Payment Approval and site progress review, Work Completion Certificate, subcontractor claims, final AFC Drawings quantities, Material Reconciliation etc.

Bibiyana Expansion Project in the north-eastern part of Bangladesh includes expansion of the existing gas plant to
process increased natural gas volumes from the Bibiyana Field, additional development wells and an enhanced gas
liquids recovery unit. The project will boost natural gas production capacity by more than 300 million cf/d to 1.4
billion cf/d.
