• Owned complete Project right from concept stage till delivery
• Handled a team of 35+ Engineers
• Worked with global team of PSA France by collaborating with Business Users, Engineering, Manufacturing, Functional, Calibration, Sourcing, Testing, Quality, Supply Chain & Vehicle Teams
• Technical evaluation of suppliers to prepare Technical Synthesis for supplier selection based on supplier technical capability, best cost, and delivery commitment
• Led the team for managing ECN while localizing the components

• Dealt with global OEMS, like VW, Bugatti, BMW and Indian OEMs like, TATA Motors, M&M by providing IAV Engineering solutions
• Led the powertrain Engineering team of 8 members for offshoring activities from IAV GmbH Germany

• Tavera engine upgradation design support for meeting BS-IV emission norms, component redesign and drawing release for up-gradation of BS-III to BS-IV engine, Packaging of the engine into the vehicle compartment.
• Interaction with vehicle integration group to solve the integration issues & Interaction with suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.

• Design and development of common rail engine for US EPA Tier-IV emission norms
• Close co-ordination with M/S BOSCH & M/S automotive sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd; Nashik & CFT teams
