Roles & Responsibilities: -
My main role is looking after day to day activities of Warehouse inbound and outbound material, Customer Enquiries, Quotations, Sales Orders, Inventory Mgmt, Etc.

✓ Handling complete computerized Sales & Stock System through SAP for the receipt, Sales and dispatches of materials.
✓ Customer Inquiries for spare parts, and to issue quotations and receive orders
✓ To follow up with the transporters for Diversion of the material & direct delivery from the outstates vendors.
✓ Follow up for issued Quotations to customers for Orders.
✓ Parts substitution are advised to customers when specific identical replacements are not available.
✓ Monitor the movement of demanded spare parts and order parts / sto etc.
✓ Return parts are stored in pre-arranged rack systems with proper verification
✓ To gain maximum value of available resources.
✓ Helping site engrs. For stock availability at warehouses and parts.

✓ Verification of Inbound import & local Shipments matl. And process for GRN.
✓ Resources are utlilized efficiently.
✓ Optimum utlilization of warehouse space as specified SOP's.
✓ Contribute ideas on ways to reduce warehouse cost and output.
✓ Looking after all dispatch related activities like arrangement of vehicles, stock transfer, delivery challans, warranty order and make ready invoice frm accts.
✓ Keeping track on our shipment or dispatches on the basis of LR copy.
✓ Coordinating with all India warehouses for stock transfer and warranty mat. & other urgent reqmts.
✓ Successfully managed the entire operations for stores through SAP- MM /WM/ SD Module.
