It is the highest achievement in the field and the mark of strategic leadership. I am pursuing this program since September 2014 and have successfully completed year 1 of the program already. I am expected to complete the program by summer of 2017. The program requires completion of a number of online modules with a final exam for each module, attending a number of interactive workshops and completion of a final assignment at the end of each workshop, attending an in-resident week at the end, a final examination at the end and also maintaining the association membership in a good standing.
