 Ensure all site work operated to the specified standard operating procedure
 Have adequate knowledge & experience in plant shutdown activities
 Have adequate working knowledge in confined space working environment, gas testing requirements, hazardous work atmosphere like H2S gaseous, Hydrocarbons, etc.

 Orientation of Integrated Management System, Project EHS plan & Assessing the Scope of revision as per execution requirement
 Assisting the scope of extra claim by complying the HSE requirement as per the bill of Quality and Technical specification of the work order
 Having adequate Knowledge in SIMOPS activities and Scaffolding activities.
 Coordinate all HSE activities and report to Safety Manager
 Coordinate and communicate all safety procedures to employees

Responsibilities as HSE Advisor

 Responsible for planning and developing the HSE Standards, procedures, norms at project site
 Formalize the risk assessment with coordination of standard operating procedures, Legal requirement and contractual requirement.
 Guide the project management team to deliver and distribute the responsibilities as per the EHS plan and due diligence.
 Promoting HSE culture to the regular work force through administrative skills.
 Planning HES Audit as per the requirement of the IMS like OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001
 Setting of the Technical specification requirement of the PPEs and other safety gears as per the relevant standard and ensuring the PPE Compliance as per PPE Matrix in the project site.
 Assessing risks to the business and guiding the management team to response as per the risk control strategies (Risk avoidance, Transfer and Retention)
 Managing the subcontractors by evaluating pre-qualification, technical specification and delegation of safety requirement.
 Implementation of permit to work (PTW) system in the contractor site like Cold work, Hot work, Height work, Excavation work, Lifting lowering & Electrical work.
 Have adequate working knowledge in confined space working environment, gas testingrequirements, hazardous work atmosphere like H2S gaseous, Hydrocarbons, etc.,
 Responsible for complying all HSE legal requirements in the Site and update in the legal register.
 Tracking of all CAPA from various sources and follow-up for the effective implementation at site.
 Carry out work Place & Environmental monitoring studies like, Stag, Ambient air, Water, & Noise.
 Behaviour Based Safety Implementation at Project Site.
 Developing EHS training modules and Responsible for organizing HSE training for all personnel and maintaining accurate real time records for individuals.
 Implementation of Contractor Safety Management, Contractor Safety meeting, periodic Inspection of Contractors tools & tackles, and coordination with the client on HSE issues.
 Responsible for accident/ incident investigation with the site team by using various tools for route cause finding and CAPA implementation.
 Conducting Central and zonal Safety committee meeting and ensuring the compliance

 Assisting to develop the HSE procedures, norms and policies at site
 Reporting of lagging indicators like Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, Near misses at the site and follow-up for the corrective actions.
 Assist to investigate accidents/incidents at site and close monitoring for the corrective actions.
 Conducting Tool Box talks to the site workers and ensuring the effectiveness of the TBT.
 Maintain an effective system of joint consultation between staff and management on health, safety and environmental issues.
 Inspection and testing of lifting tools and tackles, Plant machineries, Hand tools and power tools.
 Conducting various audits at site and follow up for the corrective actions.
 All Safety Gadgets inspection and testing at site like Firefighting equipment, Eye washers, SCBAs, First aid boxes etc.
 Assist to conduct the mock drill, fire drill at site and ensure the complete evacuation at site and follow up for the corrective actions.
 Conducting various Training like Safety Induction, Shop floor training& Class room training for all new workers and staffs at site and ensure to achieve 3-man days per person.
 Submitting daily inspection report, weekly & monthly health safety performance report to the management.
 Formation of Risk assessment team and conducting risk assessment for all the activities at site and close monitoring for the corrective actions at site.
 Assist to Conduct Safety committee meeting at site and ensure the compliance part of MOM points.
 Having adequate knowledge on Environmental legal activities like CTE, CTO, Hazardous waste Authorization, Bio medical waste authorization, Submission of Water return, Test reports, etc.
 Involving to prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all non-routine activities at site

• Acted as Safety Support and ensure safety of all employees within workplace.
• Conducting Tool Box talks to the site workers.
• Maintain an effective system of joint consultation between staff and management on health, safety and environmental issues.
• Inspection of fire fighting equipment, lifting equipment, Plant machineries, construction and safety materials.

• Conduct the Safety Induction Training for all new workers and staffs.
• Checking the working condition of all power tools and equipment.
• Identify the various Hazards & take Remedial actions.
• Maintaining good housekeeping & creating a safe working environment at all working areas.
• Inspection of equipment, lifting tools and tackles.
• Submitting daily inspection report, weekly & monthly health safety performance report to the management.
