• Technical business meetings within Department and with clients for information gathering and to develop an overview on the project.
• Development & Commissioning of Advance Process Control system. Design Models on different Platforms like Model Predictive Control, Fuzzy Control etc. as per site condition and requirement
• Optimization of Plant, Fine tuning of important parameters to demonstrate savings in Power, increase in productivity and reduction in Standard Deviation of Important parameters from target.
• Design of a system which require minimum intervention by Automatic Target Adaptation, Recipe Changeover Controller, Quality and Jamming control.
• In house Engineering & Development of PLC and SCADA System. Conduct in house quality check and FAT with client.
• Designing and developing new Control Systems, plant network design, diagnose breakdown and manage operations.
• Commissioned projects on Automation of Dry Screening and Crushing plant, modified Cone Crusher unit- Simatic S7-300 PLC, Simatic HMI, Stackers- Micrologix 1400, Panel View HMI, Flocculent mixing unit.
• Debugged main issue on Tesys-T, fault came out to be a design error in the timers used in custom logic of the product.
• Resolved issue on persistent crash of SCADA Runtime, it was due to memory build up in one of the project files.
• Provided professional and technical support on Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and IT system in the Plant day to day operational activities and with new projects development as well.
• Resolved issues on 2.5 Km log Conveyor and successfully implemented logic to monitor and control the actual speed of conveyor, not the calculated speed feedback deriving from VFD’s.
• Responsible for project management activities and participating in meeting with the Client.
• Designing Standard of Procedure, Functional Design Specification, and IO assignment for PLC and SCADA system.
• Responsible for designing, programming, simulating and testing automated machinery and processes.
• Verification and validation of multi-processor real-time embedded and high integrity systems, and communication protocols, i.e. Serial IO, Modbus, TCP/IP, OPC etc. for safety-critical systems.
• Review and amending FDS- Functional Design specification as per site condition and with client consent, develop and import of tag database, HMI graphic design and animation, Site acceptance test, Analog and digital signal testing from field and making sure it is correctly displaying on SCADA Screen.
• I successfully executed the Stage-1B Iron Ore processing plant Automation Project.
• I started programming PLC from small Automation projects using Twido and Zelio PLC writing Logic in Ladder. I got opportunity to work on big projects comprising of few hundred IO using M340, Premium or Quantum PLC, learned to program on Unity Pro software, FBD, ST languages, Function blocks libraries and Vijeo Citect SCADA etc.
• My daily activities were to providing services on breakdown calls, technical visit on site for their automation requirements (Requirement Analysis); propose solutions, drawing quotation on projects, panel building inspection, providing assistance on AutoCAD drawings and Installation & Commissioning on site.
• I worked as an apprentice with Schneider Electric Gurgaon, India for a period of 10 months, where I independently commissioned various Automation projects, develop SCADA system for varieties of industries and attended service and breakdown calls in different industries.
• Interpreting customer specifications to develop Logic Diagrams, Cause & Effect Diagrams, hardware layout, wiring diagrams and develop face plates and operations graphics.
