Played a key role in unification of ADCB, Union National Bank and Al Hilal Bank. I have performed following tasks
during the project.
• CD1 Was very Critical for Bank in terms of merger where physical channels were rationalized for end customers. My
involvement in that phase being part of Branch SWAT Team: Visiting Selected assigned branches to verify CD1 readiness.
• Helping Team in setting up bank users in both bank systems.
• Consolidation of issues reported from assigned branches.
• Helping stake holders in prompt resolution of the branch reported issues.
• For Customer Day 1 Coordinated staff of more than 50 Branches and Visited Branches.
• Worked as a Branch Champion and ensuring audit in branches for Branch interoperability.
• Access Review and control
• Coordinating with Branches during Customer launch through command center.
• Ensure Remote support is extended to all branches and ensured Branches do not have any network or infra issues.
• Ensure Customer expectation is achieved through changes in Qmatic and interoperable devices.
• Identifying interoperable staff and ensure all such staff are trained adequately.
• Participated in 5 Mock runs and 2 Dress rehearsals and go live activities and Coordinated 100 staff across multiple
departments. Liaising with users to get Test data requirements, configure their user access in test environments.
• Arranged in sending Program Communications and status updates.
• Handled end to end processes related to resource onboarding that involves vendor & resource coordination, document
management, SAP Ariba Process, Logistics Arrangements, related access.
• Timely tracking & submission of resource -timesheets.
• Provide IT support for all the ADCB users ensuring all software and application related issues are addressed and closed
within the service level targets.
• Creating remedy cases and assigning it to the concern Support teams, Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation.
• Assist in User Access Review, Perform User Acceptance Testing.
• User, Group & Computer management in Active Directory and user mailbox management in Microsoft Exchange.
• Assist in setting up remote desktop access for end users via maktabi.
• Assist in Alcatel and Avaya IP Phone voicemail configuration.
• Arranging & Booking of Meeting Rooms, Digital Labs, Workshops, Training Arrangements & Organizing Events, managed
team motivation by birthday celebrations, recognition through appreciation certification, spot awards etc.
• Performed key role in SIT / UAT / DR Setups, it was a tedious task to bring everyone together, keeping everyone
motivated and ensure flawless testing. This also involved environment set-up management of business testing team slots,
etc. Maintain & Manage repositories on Leave Plan, Training Offerings, and other central requirements.
• Provide Logistics Support - Procuring Stationaries, White Boards, Projectors, Flip Boards and other Accessories. Managing
& ensuring Kitchen stocks are in Order.
• Create, Manage and Maintain a database for PMO Staffs. Assists Project Managers in onboarding resources (Contract
Sign-off) Logistics arrangements- workspace, workstation, Telephone, Stationary.
• Creating Network Id, email Id, Physical Access Card & Other access requirements for PMO Managed resources.
• Co-ordination for Travel Bookings / Hotel Bookings whenever applicable.
• Manage Queries with Finance on issues related to Invoice’s processing.

Recruitment Agencies for FEED, EPC & PMC clients like ADMA - OPCO, ADGAS, FERTIL, NPCC, GASCO, TAKREER, ADGAS,
ADNATCO, (All Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - ADNOC group companies).
• Helping clients to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies.
• Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates.
• Arranging interviews with candidates who have been short listed for a position.
• Updating the recruitment agency database with the details of potential candidates.

ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable Candidates within the targeted time.
• Establish contact with candidates. Preliminary assessment, conducting interview for short listing candidates and taking
details as required for further proceedings for the submission to Client Company.
• Liaising with client regarding candidate’s mobilization formalities and dates.
• Follow up to facilitate telephonic / Personnel interview once the candidate got selected by Client companies.
