•Actively involved in the recruitment process for regional Oil and Gas (Offshore /Onshore) Industry Clients. Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing of the best talent from diverse sources upon identification of manpower requirements.

•Handled various positions within the “Engineering, Procurement & Construction” (EPC), PMC, “Health Safety & Environment” (HSE), “Upstream & Downstream”, “Marine”,
“Power” and “Infrastructure”. Singlehandedly worked on multiple recruitment tasks, which were project based.

•Designing and developing Job Descriptions, preparing and running employment advertisements, liaising with the Company’s overseas offices, liaising with Manpower agencies, managing the job portals, such as Oil careers, Worldwideworker.com, Expat Engineer, Oil&GasJobSearch, Rigzone, Naukri.com, Bayt.com, Job Street and Social Media for maximum utilization of available resources.

•Streamlining and maintaining databases for easy and prompt access. Preparing MIS reports for recruitment including talent acquisition-large scale, updating and coding resumes. Preparing status reports on recruitment activities for the management. Involved in the bids and proposals and other related enquiries through supplying of the relevant sample CVs.

•Assisting Regional Recruitment Manager in conducting Recruitment Drives.

•Preparing recruitment strategy and processes in coordination with line Manager and Business Units as per their needs. Market survey for identifying right resources and Vendor Management.
