PROJECT: TSE SEASONAL STORAGE LAGOON PHASE 1 CLIENT: ASHGAL, CONTRACTOR: HYUNDAI LOCATION: AL KARAANA, QATAR
Roles and Responsibilities :
Works as Project Coordinator and handles the Design Team and SCADA System
Directly Coordinate with the design Manager regarding the updates for any design issues, project requirements, submittals and deliverables.
Reviewing and defining the project specification and objectives as per BOQ and Contracts.
Attend the technical meeting and highlight any conflicts between IFC design drawings and comes up with a resolution.
Attends meetings and negotiations for the selection of contractors and suppliers.
Liaise with Design & planning team to deliver the shop drawings in line with construction program.
Raise Technical TQ (Technical Query) to design consultant and inform commercial department for the design changes that can be considered as variation and might have a cost and time impact with the project.
Provide necessary details/sketches for mock-up installation and arrange a joint review with the consultant for acceptance/comments.
Supervise the preparation of shop drawings and give all necessary information to draftsman to ensure all trades are fully coordinated and accurate prior of submitting the drawings.
Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
Check the activities on-site and provide the necessary reminders to the project Manager, Construction Manager for any immediate action.
Selection of material samples based on IFC specification requirements and relevant standards.
Measure the project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Track project costs in order to meet budget.
Ensure that both the quality and the quantity of the jobs are in line with Service Level Agreements.
POSITION: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER FEB 2022- NOV 2022
PROJECT: DOHA WEST OLD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT REFURBISHMENT CLIENT: ASHGAL LOCATION: AL SAILIYA, QATAR
Roles and Responsibilities :
Preparing Electrical Design, IFC, Shop drawing & As-built drawings using industry standards in AUTOCAD.
Initiating RFIs to the consultant for the completed works.
Follow up with contractor daily to complete the task.
Submitting GA Drawings, Cable tray routings, Indoor and outdoor Lighting, Loop diagrams, Earthing drawings for Design/Preliminary/IFC approval from the consultant /Client.
Coordination with the Project Manager and Team leaders to compile the drawings package in accordance with the project requirements.
Preparing and respond the comment sheets issued by the consultant comments related to the drawings.
Modifications and verifying on the vendor drawings such as MCC, DB and PLC drawings for Redline Markups.
Frequently Visiting the sites to do the redline markup drawings, monitoring the installations as per the drawings.
Maintaining and updating Loop diagram /PLC / MCC redline markups during the loop testing and commission period.
Ensuring all approved finishing materials is reflected in the shop drawing.
Liaise with the document controller to ensure all drawings schedules are updated.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Tender Documents Preparation and submission with all the Compliance.
Project Document preparation such as Construction plan, Management Plan, Mobilization & Demobilization Plan, Resource Schedule and Staffing Plan.
Active involvement in Planning, Vendor Finalization, Contracts and execution of works at site.
Contractual and technical bidding, material requisition and evaluation of construction materials.
Submitting all the documents for prequalification before the contractual agreement with the client.
Quality Control and thorough monitoring of all activities related to the project.
Identify project risks and take suitable actions.
Preliminary discussions with all stake holders for the timely completion the project. (Mech & Civil)
Responsible for delivering projects end to end with the constraints of time, budget and resources.
Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy.
Conduct progress review and monitoring meeting.
Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications of the clients with strict compliance with the health, safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
Progress monitoring, evaluation, and preparation of final invoices for claims.
