SFSF project is designing and constructing food security facilities and warehouses on an area of approximately 53 hectares (about 530, 000 square meters). The project consists of specialized facilities for the processing, manufacturing and, refining of rice, raw sugar and edible oils. The project includes bulk storage silos with their associated infrastructure, and conveyance equipment, in addition to the fundamental structures fully equipped for the project associated operations of handling, processing, packaging, reloading, and transport.
Organized and facilitated the complete construction process for all managed developments, from planning to target timely delivery of the project.
Collaborating with various Stakeholders and Authorities for timely approvals on the proposals to facilitate the construction process.
Developed construction budget and ensured adherence to financial plans.
Ensured conformity to maintaining safe and productive construction sites and proper implementation of Traffic diversion plans (TDPs).

SMRC is designed and build a world-class finish hospital project consists of a Hospital building (floor area over 200K sqm), Out-patients’ clinic building (45K sqm), a Multi-story car parking (937 cars) and, an Underground car park (820 cars), Pedestrian bridges, the Central services building, Mosque (450sqm), Link bridge tunnels along with all landscaping and Infrastructure works
Developed and implemented management controls to coordinate key relationships and responsibilities within the project, and acted as a technical expert to ensure high standards of project engineering. Directed project planning and procurement, managed the construction schedule and monitored execution to meet key milestones and deliver overall project completion and compliance. Ensured identification, assessment, and management of risk including HSE activities.

Recognised and resolved technical, commercial or other coordination issues by coordinating with U.S army corps of engineers (USACE).
Assisted engineering team to prepare construction drawings. Identified and swiftly resolved progress issues and adjusted schedule and other project details according to requirements by implementing change management.

Directed project consisted of construction of housing compound on 155K SQM lot including 28 villas at 11K SQM each, 68 buildings totalling 46K SQM consisting of 204 townhouses and apartments.
Oversaw construction for portion of housing and all infrastructure works, including (water, sewer, power, phone and fibre optic lines for the entire site), as well as supported buildings such as gate houses, substations, pumping stations, control rooms, and boundary wall.
Al Jazeera Children’s TV Channel, a fast track Design/Build project within the Qatar Foundation’s Education City Complex
Budget: $ 13M • Location: Doha, Qatar
Managed construction of al Jazeera children’s TV channel project in seven months consist of 7.6K square meter built up area for studios (Acoustical design), offices Buildings and a satellite dish compound along with support facilities such as access roads, parking, landscaping, and all utilities.

Managed construction of 2 km RCC Utility tunnel inclusive of all electrometrical works inside tunnel such as Chilled water system, potable, fire & irrigation water system, with all electrical works, fire & security system including testing & commissioning of all systems.
Utilised ductile iron pipes & fittings by laying & commissioning of potable, fire & irrigation water system within the education city.
Oversaw construction of Micro Tunnelling (Non-destructive method) throughout highway by implementing mechanical drilling and jacking system.
