Budget: $ 1.6B • Location: Messaieed, Qatar

SFSF project is designing and constructing food security facilities and warehouses on an area of approximately 53 hectares (about 530, 000 square meters). The project consists of specialized facilities for the processing, manufacturing and, refining of rice, raw sugar and edible oils. The project includes bulk storage silos with their associated infrastructure, and conveyance equipment, in addition to the fundamental structures fully equipped for the project associated operations of handling, processing, packaging, reloading, and transport.

 Organized and facilitated the complete construction process for all managed developments, from planning to target timely delivery of the project.
 Collaborating with various Stakeholders and Authorities for timely approvals on the proposals to facilitate the construction process.
 Developed construction budget and ensured adherence to financial plans.

Developed and implemented management controls to coordinate key relationships and responsibilities within the project, and acted as a technical expert to ensure high standards of project engineering. Directed project planning and procurement, managed the construction schedule and monitored execution to meet key milestones and deliver overall project completion and compliance.  Oversaw construction for portion of housing and all infrastructure works, including (water, sewer, power, phone and fibre optic lines for the entire site), as well as supported buildings such as gate houses, substations, pumping stations, control rooms, and boundary wall.
