Bally Technologies is an US based company into manufacturer of slot
machines and other gaming technology. I was working as a Senior Software
engineer in AS/400 (mainframe) Technologies. I was handling a team of 4 in
Bangalore and Chennai.
The major Projects which I worked on Bally Technologies are:
Universal Cards
This is project deals with the Clients who have more than one casino in
different location and need to maintain the details in different places and pick
the details from each server according to the request from the user. The main
concept of this project is the usage of socket server and socket sender. In this
project their will have one Property(Location) which will act as the Universal
Property(Base property) and all the others will act as the Local Property. The
socket Sender/Receiver will communicate with each and every property
through API’s.

Robert Bosch is one of the world's largest supplier of automotive components
company headquartered in Germany. I was working as an iSeries Consultant.
The major Project were:
Performance Incentive Payment Scheme (PIPS)
An application tool developed in RPG-4 for an organization that is engaged in
the HR details of the Employee. This tool is capable of finding out the Annual
Performance Awarded to an Employee according to different Factors like
(RBW Factor, MICO Factor, and GB Factor etc.). For this Application there
are two modules one is Initial Setup and the other is Maintenance. In initial
Setup Module there are Options setting the current year, copying the details
from the previous Year to the Current Year and Data Uploading to the
system. In the Maintenance Module we can add/Update/ Modify different
Details of the employee for the current Year and we can generate Various
Report for the employee corresponding to the Factors and Basic Salary.

EaV Systems-Bonus Award Calculation
